This was the saddest Wendy’s I have ever been to. There was nobody to run the register when I went inside. Somebody came from the back and the first thing they told me was they had no fries.So I ordered a hamburger and a soda. I went to fill my soda cup with a non caffeinated Diet Coke, but the machine was out.But they brought me my hamburger and it was very good. I sat down to eat my burger and another person came in and went to the counter. It took more than two minutes for someone to come to the counter to take the order.
The author was friendly, but during my 4th consecutive visit, I had to wait for about 10 minutes for my lukewarm meal. The burger was dry, the cheese was average, and the fries were burnt and not fresh. The only good part of the meal was the cola. The fact that there are no other options near the hospice where my mother is staying makes the experience even worse. I won't be returning, especially since the card machine is always out of order.
I'm unable to comment on the quality of the food recently, as the restaurant now closes at 11pm and refuses to take orders. There is no sign posted indicating this change, and the manager on duty makes excuses for not being able to accommodate customers. I will be visiting a different location in the future. It's unfortunate that the restaurant is closing early due to financial reasons, yet they are turning customers away.
The service is bad. The lady said the system was down and couldn’t take any orders .. (then why stay open) very nasty place. Needs management to go and check this location out because it is bad, hard to even get out the car to go inside due to all the people hanging in the parking lot.. such a sad place. Won’t be

The cashier insisted that I stand in line and reorder, even though I had already placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. His manager also confirmed this. To make things worse, they were out of frost and could not offer a refund. It was a long wait overall.
Two times in one week! This is the first time in a long time that our meal was absolutely perfect. The fries were hot and fresh, and the burgers looked so good they almost seemed unreal. I'm not sure what has changed recently, but excellent job!
I have gone to this location for not only my food but for others and every time it takes up to 20 to 30 minutes for a singular item. Sometimes the staff doesn't even a knowledge you are there and if they do they can be quite
Dumpy looking place in a not great location. They only had vanilla frostys. Got nuggets and they were out of BBQ and honey mustard. The good we got was okay. It was early afternoon so no reason to be out of anything.

I ordered the regular 10-piece meal and was impressed with the warm and well-seasoned fries, as well as the super fresh and tasty chicken nuggets. Keep up the good work! Time of visit was 12:26.
