Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

Very clean compared to the norm in Mount Pocono and Tannersville Pennsylvania. Service was impeccable and younger gentleman (Damien) at the counter on point, kind and respectful. This man deserves a raise, working the counter, cleaning, and working hard. Love when you see someone care at work brings a tear to my eye.

I had a disappointing experience during Sunday lunch due to the rude manager. She seemed unfamiliar with how to use my rewards in the mobile app and ended up blaming both me and the cashier for the confusion. The customer service was terrible, and I suggest considering a replacement for her.

They got a new girl there Nicole and the place hasn't been cleaner! She's got a great attitude and pretty smile. And the bathrooms are finally cleaned. Give her a tip if you have the pleasure of her service she got babies yall!

Wendy's is definitely one of the restaurants where quality and everything is pretty much the same from restaurant to restaurant very little ever changes the food is always hot and fresh and the chili is always Reserva una mesa ahora

When I got home, I ended up throwing away the cold fries! In fact, they were already cold when I reached into the bag after picking up my order.

The bathroom stall in the woman’s room to the left of the door had no toilet paper and the door doesn’t close.

Good quality burgers not frozen like mcdonalds. Clean environment. Nice chili baked potatoes and taco salad.
