This is the 4th time we’ve EVER gone to Wendy’s, and the 4th time our order was messed up, or items are missing. We’ve been kind. Food is way too expensive to pay for it and not receive it. Then no one answers their phones when you try to get a hold of them. We left the parking lot checking if we had received our chili, which they forgot the previous time, to get home and find we didn’t receive 2/4 burgers. Honestly fed up with the area and the service. We don’t recommend eating here unless you’re prepared not to receive your stuff. Do better.
It appears that wherever you go, the younger generation seems to lack basic manners. They don't seem to know how to be friendly or polite when you're patronizing their establishments. Instead, they appear dismissive and uninterested, more focused on texting than providing good service. It's difficult to find a place where the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.
The drive-thru cashiers are not welcoming, they speak quickly making it hard to understand them. When you reach the window, they do not greet you and simply hold out their hand for payment. After receiving your food, they do not acknowledge you or wish you a good day.
Waited in line while the employee tried to figure out the cash register stood in line for 8 minutes finally walked out went through the drive-thru. They were very rude. I would never eat here the atmosphere

A clean place to eat. Food is always right! The employees couldn't do a better job at serving customers. The crew here is great, and the food isn't just slapped together like other restaurants.
All I can say. This locations staff is amazing. They are always happy. Willing to help. Food is accurate and fresh! This location is nice because it's on the corner. Quick in and out!
Fries weren't as fresh as they could have been. Restaurant was clean and restrooms were reasonably well kept.
The manager who assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful. He deserves a raise.
