Overall very good experience. Excellent and fast service and staff. Likes the very well organized staff and service delivery system. They work as a team to provide the best possible service. Collect me regular nuggets, although I always said I wanted spicy nuggets. I have 8 nuggets instead of 10. You need to know me well in the service counter. I was very patient and a small key. I understand that the employees have worked all day and become very tired. My approach is that we are all people. I'll go on. Next.
I had one of the best experiences at a fast-food restaurant in a long time. Jazreal took our order, and even though he was one of the chefs, he helped out everywhere. I couldn't have been happier. My wife is gluten-free, and it's not by choice, but he prepared our food perfectly. This kind of attentive service doesn't happen often, but he did an amazing job listening to our needs and serving us. Someone give that kid a raise!
This is a garbage restaurant,i have never been there where they get the order right, they are always unpleasant and rude to talk to.It is literally the worst Wendy's in the area. I live a block behind them and i will always go to port arthur because they are incompetent and rude. If i could id give them less than one star. Do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else to eat.
Fries were very overcooked, order was wrong even though the order was confirmed, and the lady didn't add the sauces I asked for bc their was a charge. I don't mind paying a charge. I want my sauces. Had to edit this and make it a one star because the meat was undercooked/raw. This can make anyone sick.

DO NOT GO INSIDE! IT WILL TAKE FOREVER! The drive through is completely fine but I went inside to eat lunch one day and it took 30 minutes for my food to come out. Again, just do the drive through here.
I just visited the restaurant and placed an order, but everything was wrong. I also didn’t receive a receipt. I'm quite disappointed.
The shift on Friday 7/29/22 was very unprofessional. The lady who took my order need to go to school for customer service.
The service was quick, and the restrooms were the cleanest I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant.
