Very disappointed went to drive thru this morning and got the wrong order had to drive back to replace the meal and the manager had a nasty attitude the whole time. And when I got my replacement I unwrapped my sandwich and it looked like slop . They had literally poured a whole bottle of sauce on my sandwich. I finally told them I wanted my money back and the manager was so unprofessional told us to get out of her window I asked what her name Is and she said nothing and slammed the door. I recently enjoyed a fantastic takeout lunch that exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect five-star rating. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was equally impressive, with the staff being friendly and efficient, also deserving a five-star rating. Additionally, the atmosphere of the restaurant, even when ordering takeout, was inviting and pleasant, making the overall experience outstanding. Highly recommend!
I recently ordered takeout for lunch and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The food was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. It was satisfying, but nothing to write home about. However, the service left much to be desired, with a rating of 2 out of 5. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. I visited Wendy’s for the first time in years. They now have a self-checkout option, which the friendly staff also offered to assist me with. The ordering and checkout process went smoothly, and the food was served quickly and tasted great. The prices were a bit higher than I expected, but it has been years since my last visit. Overall, it was a positive experience!

They messed up my order so they gave me a meal credit and when I went to get it the cashier decides to just shake her head at like I did something wrong lol maybe they shouldn’t have messed it up in the first place terrible customer service and then when I got my food they forgot the fries what a joke Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Whoever worked here over the last two nights deserves a raise! The food was served hot and looked absolutely flawless every night! I've never been impressed by fast food before, but these past two nights felt like I was dining in a five-star kitchen!
