The guy who I believe is the manager is usually very prompt and professional when it comes to taking orders and getting everyone's food ready quickly. However, today there was a woman in charge, and I didn’t catch her name. I stood in a long line waiting to order, and I was the last person in line. She instructed me to wait without taking my order, and I watched her serve everyone else instead. I waited and waited, observing her prepare five orders in front of me, but she never took my order. I had the ghost pepper ranch chicken . Really good I got mine no ranch no tomato. I had reg fries and Dave's orange cream soda . This sandwich was pretty spicy do I would not order it unless I was ready to get some sweat rolling down by forehead and back . I also got a sugar cookie like puff daddy but to help with the heat . Also with spicy spicy extra spicy food some places only offer a milk shake and being less lactose intolerant than normal people a milkshake is the worst option after spicy food like throwing a nuke into a volcano.
Wow!!! I absolutely love Wendy's! My baked potato was incredible, with just the right amount of cheese and bacon! The biggie bag was also perfect, and they even gave me a larger drink than I ordered. You guys are amazing—everything was delicious. Thank you, you've truly made my whole year! I feel like I need to go find Wendy herself, kiss her on the forehead, and praise her! ❤️
I drove here to save the $9 in UberEats and also because online they were charging me $28(! for a combo.But when I got back to the hotel, I had the wrong burger. A spicy one! I said two of the same combo, but why would they get this wrong? There was no one else in the drive-thru or inside! Oh come on. They play games there like the previous reviews state. Beware!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the service from the manager, Armando. He really needs to improve his customer service skills; he didn't take the time to address my concerns or resolve the issues I faced. After not visiting for several months, I found that the service remains disappointing, and the food is just mediocre.
The Bacon, Egg, and Swiss Croissant was flavorful, but unfortunately it was quite soggy overall. The bacon was rubbery and seemed almost undercooked. It's a shame, as I was expecting a higher quality dish.
I just went through the drive through, ordered a baconator meal and a dave's single.I get home, there is no baconator in my bag.Congrats on stealing $5.89 from me
No chives on my potato and the sour cream and butter is so small.. the potato itself is tiny and was hardly cooked at all.. very cold
