Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

I can't rate the food because I never got any. When I came in there were 6-7 people in line, with one employee standing at the counter but not taking orders. One lady complained loudly, so this had obviously been going on for a while. A second lady left, and after a five to ten minute wait, I did likewise. Never had such abominable service in my life. The line never moved! Probably understaffed which is inexcusable at lunch hour. Service: 1

Wendy's has gone downhill. It's really not much better tha McDonald's these days.
