It was 8:00 pm I pulled up to the drive thru Noone was in the drive thru When I arrived . I sat at the speaker for 5 close to 10 mins intermittently saying hello people started lining up behind me. I pulled up to the first window after getting tired of waiting. Saw 2 employees having a discussion one clearly with the headset on. Honked my horn and was looked right in the eye and dismissed, honked again and there were 5 employees standing around doing nothing but the most to avoid my eye contact. This was undoubtedly the worse treatment I 've ever received even at the worst places as if I was a beggar off the street. I rarely blame the workers and would place it on the management putting too...
I hate leaving reviews especially bad ones but the ppl gotta know what’s up, this the 3rd time I said I had to write a bad review but the 1st time I actually did it. Generally if a restaurant is understaffed there is nothing you can do but my goodness shut it down if you can’t deliver quality to paying customers. I can count on one hand the times I’ve received hot food and I’ve been here often. Obviously management is not a priority here and it’s sad because this is a well traffic area. Unfortunately this will more than likely be my last time eating here which is sad because it’s been here all my life
The staff at this restaurant is exceptional, the food is excellent. However, it is concerning that Corporate seems to be indifferent to the fact that the restaurant was recently robbed. Employees were forced to keep working after a person jumped the counter. Can Corporate please take action to remedy this situation? Perhaps provide a bonus check for the pain and suffering experienced by the staff, as well as potential PTSD. It is important for Corporate to address the workers' concerns and provide better treatment and fair compensation. Let's strive to do better.
please close the restaurant! the service sucks and eats. it is always closed inside. I swear, it's never open....a pothole the size of Texas still in the damn drive thru. does someone from the top administration like a regional manager even often load. absolutely terrible. down to the wendys, less than 1.3 miles away, around 1490 n. cassady instead. much more friendly, food orders are correct, the inner is always open when the sign says the hours, and when they drive the autobahn, it is still a great access to the interstate.

They are not digging into the fries with their hands and taking them one by one, causing their order of fries to take 10 minutes. It is unappetizing to see someone twirl their fries before eating them. The issue with Wendy's food is that it becomes bad after 5-10 minutes. I know this because I used to work there. Instead of serving fresh food, they serve food that is poorly prepared.
I waited at the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no one ahead of me at 4 o'clock, only to become impatient and leave. All the employees were sitting by the windows on their phones, chatting with each other, and paying no attention to customers. I couldn't even get anyone to take my order. The food quality was rated 1 out of 5.
Today/tonight this location was on point! I live near by and I also eat at a location by my job but it was hot burgers served up tonight I got the bacon cheeseburger! The sour cream and chive potatoe they actually had in stock and it was hot and had double butter and sour cream mhhhhmmm sooo good!
My coffee was cold and requested sugar but recieve sweeteners and ketchup packets. I only order coffee and it took 5min to get it. Unacceptable! Horrible location.

The food was not enjoyable, so I would not recommend this restaurant. The staff were friendly, but I wish they could have improved the quality of the dishes.
No one at drive through to take order...3 cars in line...pulled up to window where was told to go through drive through again. All 3 cars left.
