Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

Looking for a fast food meal and my wife suggested Wendy's primarily because she wanted a frosty. In spite of previous disappointments at this restaurant I went along with idea with some trepidation and I like to think an open mind. It is so incredibly disappointing that my very low expectations were not met. We ordered on frosty (got that) two classic chicken sandwiches (got those) and two servings of fries (got one). Of course you don't realize the order is short until you get home and then it's too late. It is now the next day and as is obvious I am still annoyed I should, and did, know better.

My understanding is that masks are required? Yet I saw 3 staff with masks covering their chins in food prep areas? Not good news for anyone with the current level of spread to see this. One of the ladies possibly the manager was talking with this fella before coming to the counter. She just pulled her mask down as she approached. Wth?

Not too pleased with my order. Ordered the new chicken Asiago burger, it was missing cheese, bacon, Asiago sauce and tomato. Tried calling over and over and they seem to have their phone turned off

It's really hard to go below the bar you have for Wendy’s, but here the did it. I got 8 CAD baconator which was totally dry with destroyed bacon, barely edible...disgusting

Dry buns, virtually no mayo, wrong type of lettuce , mush tomatoes and fries were really stale. tasted like reheated day old fries. Horrible experience
