Today, we went to this Wendy 's location, and as my boyfriend is placing our order, the employee taking the order was rushing him and as he paused a second she tells him the total, which wouldn 't be a huge deal, but not once did she ask if that was it, if there was anything else, nothing. So I said he wasn 't finished, not rudely, just so she could hear me since I was the passenger, She then hatefully says well finish your order then! By now, I 'm getting upset, so I say, he was trying to! Needless to say, by this time, he is irritated, and so he just pulls off. The manager that’s been working in the morning today, and yesterday morning is the sweetest man. He’s very patient and kind hearted. There was a morning their system was down and he was the only one there and I could see the line building up quick. He was very calm and apologetic for the delay. He did a really good job handling s busy morning by himself from what I could see, He ended up giving me my meal for free. I could see him talking with the employees and they seem very safe and comfortable with him. I hope everyone is kind to this man.

I visited the Berryville Ave location in Winchester, Va around 4:30pm on 4/8 and I would highly recommend you take the young lady off the drive through. She was totally disrespectful, rude and had zero people skills. Just a suggestion. The manager hung on me as well when I made a call in to let him know. Won’t be back to this location.

Manager sequoia very rude and she threw my bag of food at me and refused to give me a receipt while coworkers in the back laughing saying she should be lucky it ain't hit the ground

Very rude, gentleman on the intercom made it very clear having to take my order and or serve me was an inconvenience even though the store had no other customers, will not return
