I arrived at 8:13 PM and was informed that I would need to wait a few minutes, which I expected. I waited inside, and around 8:30, I overheard someone mention a steak tip sub to the employee preparing the subs. Finally, at about 8:40, my order was ready, which included a complimentary side of fries. At that point, I should have sensed that something was wrong.
At 8:48, I called to report that my steak tip sub was prepared with a wheat wrap instead of white, and my chicken wrap was on white bread. The entire order was incorrect, and there was no BBQ sauce included. During this call, the cashier persistently referred to me as "sweetie," and despite my polite requests for them to remake at lea...
Called in an order for 3 lunches at 11:50 am. was told 20-25 minutes. got there at 12:12, paid for my order and she said just a couple of minutes.15 minutes later she asked my name again... still no order20 minutes later the other lady asked my name again.They had already packed 2/3rds of the bag and clearly missed or screwed up one of the items.. said nothing to me and had to make that last item.after being in there for 40 minutes they finally gave me my food, no apology, nothing.ended up with cold steak tips, cold wings and one hot meal.used to be a decent place but clearly don't care anymore.
This restaurant is extremely well-kept and serves incredible food. Recently, we've taken a liking to their Southern fried chicken, which has been outstanding. We've returned several times just to savor it again. We're excited to give a top rating of 5 stars to a place like this, where the staff is welcoming, the food is fantastic, and the presentation always goes above and beyond.
Additionally, they don't seem to cater to people with busy schedules since there are no lunch specials. I ended up spending $13 on a sandwich that I couldn't even lift to take a bite, and I live only 7 minutes away. Their error ended up costing me time and wasted their resources as well, since the food was thrown away! It's truly disappointing in every aspect.

Last time I’m ordering from this place they have children behind the counter that do not know how to take an order. I ordered a buffalo chicken Panini got a buffalo chicken wrap and there was no chicken inside of it mostly lettuce and bacon the service and food quality in this place has really gone down the drains. It’s like they’re giving up on service.
I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza for delivery, the delivery driver was awesome but the pizza was extremely salty which caused me to get a migraine because I have high blood pressure, not ordering from Westside Pizza again
Great service and very welcoming. I felt nice and cozy. Was a little bummed out there was t any carrot ? Cale on deck, but I'll get over it. Steak and cheese sub made up for it ?
I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes, and they tasted like instant potatoes from a package. They were extremely dry. I wouldn't recommend them.
