I would love it if they offered sugar-free Snapple. I enjoy the Peach Snapple, but having a diet option would really help with my blood sugar. Other than that, it's a fantastic spot! Their coffee cake is also delicious, and they have some great cookies (just keep in mind that you need to ask for those in person, as they aren't listed on the menu). I highly recommend this place! They also have a soda fountain if you're looking for a refreshing drink with ice. I haven’t tried their coffee yet, but it’s definitely one of my go-to spots for breakfast or brunch when I’m just relaxing at home.

We are regulars at this shop. Such friendly workers. We are always greeted and thanked when we leave. They are also pretty quick if you are in a hurry. The selection of bagels is my favorite. I love the onion bagel, egg bagel, sourdough bagel and the cinnamon crunch is unexpectedly amazing.Today we ordered a egg bagel with cream cream and a onion bagel double toasted with cream cheese.The store is always clean and the bagels are always fresh and stocked.

Did not want to write it but want them to improve their place since I like bagels, they used to be the smallest bagels In Los Angeles now I think they are now the smallest in the world. Compounded they charge full price for everything and to make matters worse I went there today and the guy behind me was hawking just nasty lastly the bathroom is not for customers just another nail in the coffin , never going there again and I suggest you do the same

I have so many positive things to say about Western Bagel. It was my first job back in 1980, and I learned so much there. I even created their first metal bagel funnel in my high school metal shop class. Decades have passed, but I owe a lot to the manager and the owners who taught me important life lessons. Best bagels in Thousand Oaks.The staff are helpful and provide speedy service. Whether it’s making a bagel breakfast sandwich or grabbing a bakers dozen, they’re on top of it.Weekend mornings are busy so be prepared to wait in line but it goes pretty quick.

The bagels were mediocre. Considering this place promotes "fresh bagels baked on-site," they were served cold, as if they had been refrigerated. However, the cream cheese was excellent.

You can select the bagels you want for a Baker's Dozen (13), and they are absolutely delicious! The cream cheese options and variations are fantastic as well.
