Weston Tavern - Reserva de mesa

After hearing great reviews about this restaurant, I decided to stop by for lunch. The bartender was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. The menu had a good variety of options to choose from. However, I was disappointed that the restaurant was cold despite having a beautiful fire. The cleanliness of the place left something to be desired, as the floor behind the bar was dirty and the tables and menus were a bit grungy. The food was tasty, but unfortunately, I found Brussels sprouts in my mixed sizzler, which reminded me of leftover New Year's dinners being used up. Overall, I probably won't be returning.

A first visit on a CAMRA pub crawl. One of my favourite tipples, THEAKSTONS OLD PECULIAR on draught! Service was slow due to bar size, but staff very very friendly. No meal taken but I've been told by other CAMRA members one of the best for food. Intention to visit again very strong, for a meal too next time.
