I'm really disappointed. The boneless chicken wings tasted like ordinary chicken nuggets, and the only option was to dip them in BBQ sauce. I won't be ordering those again; they feel like a waste of money. Plus, I'm not sure what's going on, but for the last two orders, I haven't received any notifications on the app or via text to let me know my order had been dropped off. As a result, it sat at my door for quite a while and got lukewarm. I'm very unhappy about that. On a positive note, my Death by Pizza always comes through and remains a favorite!
I was unimpressed by the person taking my order on the phone. She wouldn’t stop laughing and kept asking me to repeat myself. I told her to quit laughing and pay attention. She handed the phone to someone else who was very professional. I told him what I said, his response was “That was mean, it’s her first day “! How could have I known that? I wasn’t mean, I said stop laughing and pay attention! Anyway, my pizza was delivered on time and over cooked. I’ve never complained about our experience with Westside. Just teach your new people some manners.

Delicious food and incredible customer service! We ordered lunch for the office and I forgot to ask for the receipt for reimbursement . I called the shop and asked if they could email me a copy, which they did. But then, 10 minutes later, John ? came by the office and gave me the original receipt since he was in the area . Very considerate employees and best pizza in town.

I was visiting from out of town, and the food was absolutely fantastic! We waited less than 15 minutes for our pizza, and there were plenty of great options to choose from. The seating area was spacious, and there were lots of tabletop games for entertainment. There are only two gender-neutral bathrooms, and one of them has a changing table. I definitely plan to return!
Shane made a phenomenal pizza! He let me change the toppings just a little and it was obviously crafted with love! It's worth the drive, and the place is so big and clean inside!
A+ customer service needed large pizzas and cinnamon stix half an hour before nine and they took the time for fresh hot and custom order pizza A+ it was easy and not weird
Quick service and a tidy atmosphere. The pizza is fantastic, and their gluten-free crust is the best we've ever tried!

Love the gourmet veggie pizza. Pro tip: add some marinara to it! Also happy that they have Mac and Jack's on tap.
The Build Your Own Calzone was fantastic! I just wish the side of marinara had been warm instead of ice cold.
