I’ve been there today on upstairs location. Pretzels were good. No problem with quality and taste. But their employees have no customer service. This had not happened the first time with me. Employee 256 was attending us. No greetings, nothing. When I ordered pretzels bites with cheese, she is saying they had cold cheese which needs to be warmed and instead told me take jalapeño cheese. I purchased a water that too she did not give me a cold. Employees were joking and talking loudly among each other in front of customers.
Beware!! Had terrible diarrhea and vomited up the entire pretzel after eating it today. And i'm sure it was the pretzel because that was the only thing i ate and literally came back up in chunks of pretzel. It was the downstairs location.P.S. i never ever puke- i didnt even puke one time the entire 9 months i was pregnant. So something is seriously wrong with the way they cooked their pretzel. Never ever ever going back to any wetzel pretzel ever :
I found that they were out of all sodas except for two options. I ended up getting a bottle of water, which, unsurprisingly, was warm. I paid $3.10 for it. Additionally, the staff member seemed more focused on her phone than on serving customers. I understand that it’s fast food, but given their prices, I expected better service.

The pretzels are good, but when you order one of these salty treats they will charge you $0.50 for a cup of water after buying an $8 bag of pretzel bites...*Edit due to response from owner:It's impossible for me to rate this business any higher than 3 stars when they charge for water like this. I will not return.
Doughy pretzels, cheese dip was an extra $2 and tasted like something you'd get out of a cheap crackers and cheese dip. Auntie Anne's is objectively better.Don't even bother as a last resort when Auntie Anne's runs out of pretzels.
A word of caution: Before you try Wetzel's Pretzels, make sure you’re ready to say goodbye to all other pretzel stands at the mall. The staff here is friendly and quick, and the pretzels are truly a game changer.
These pretzels were disappointing—dry and tough to chew. They felt like they had been sitting out for 2 or 3 days. Definitely not worth the $8!
