Last weekend night, my friend and I bought one plain pretzel with $20.00 bill to the chasher, but realized in around 10 minutes when stopped at another store, and no recipes inside of the envelope, either. We came back and talk to the manager Alicia), she promised to give a call after closing at 9:30 pm, but we didn't hear anything from her until now. She said she could monitor through the surveillance camera, and didn't even pay attention for No Receipt provide to us. Terrible Customer Service. I recently came here on Friday and I order a bag of Cin a Bitz. They were really good as always but when I handed the cashier my Visa card that had money on it, the person behind the counter informed me that the card had been declined... I didn?t think much of it and proceeded to hand her 10 dollars cash for my food. I came home that night and checked my cards balance and transaction history, and not only did my card have enough money to buy the Cin a Bitz. But WETZELS CHARGED MY CARD FOR WHAT I BOUGHT even though I paid cash. This is insanity. The people working there need to learn a lesson on honesty and integrity...Moral of the story: check your receipts
The location downstairs by finish line ! The girl Britney was obviously having a bad day , had a nasty attitude and threw our bags and straws ! I ordered the cinnamon bites and she made me pay for the sauce ! I?ve never paid for the sauce that supposedto come with it ! Horrible experience she needs to go get a job she is happy at because she was miserable
My mom and I often go to Wetzels Pretzels in the evening and we usually enjoy our food. But today we went to to the Wetzels Pretzels it was more than half an hour before they closed but when I asked when they were closing the employee refused to sellus any food saying that they were already closed. Very disappointing.

This restaurant near Macy's is overpriced, and the food was burnt. I paid $15 for eight small, hard, and burnt pretzels, and the large lemon drink was overly sweet—almost impossible to finish.
This Wetzel's Pretzels location at Garden State Plaza offers the classic soft pretzel experience. It’s by far my favorite pretzel from the entire chain!
This place near Macy is Burned and over priced$15.00 for 8 burn little hard pieces 1 large Sooooo sweet lemon aid that you can't even drink
Pretty standard wetzel pretzel located at Garden State Plaza. Definitely my favorite plain pretzel out of the pretzel chains.
