I have never felt such discrmination before in my life. I am a native woman and my husband is a caucasion man. We went to the Wharf restaurant on Saturday October 8th 2016 to supposedly have a nice dinner. A young blond pony tailed waitress met us when we went in. I do not know her name but she was in her 20's about. She immediately started talking to only my husband and avoiding looking at me or talking to me. This was really obvious to me. She led us to a table of my husband's choice. She then said to him a waitress would be over to take his order. His order? Just ate at the wharf and the halibut was amazing!! The general atmosphere is really lacking though. It's like your stuck in a time warp from the 80's. Sitting at the table there was no music playing and it seemed like the super open floor plan allowed for almost no privacy. We just felt out of place and maybe needed some soft background music playing. As for the dinner I would expect a resteraunt that has been in business this long to at least make there own coleslaw. It was the regular Sysco brand straight out of the box. Also I'm kind of being a stickler about this but when I go to a resteraunt and they have the glass ketchup bottles, you know the ones where you have to pound on the botto...

Back when I was a child I remember going to the Wharf in the Zellers plaza, cramming into a small restaurant, and loving every minute of the experience. The Wharf has moved around in the last decade and landed in a great location. Even though the staff may have changed the food has not. Two piece fish and chips are to die for. We make this a monthly stop.

As always the Wharf served up an outstanding traditional fish and chips fine feast. Been eating there off and on over 40 years and have never been disappointed. Keep up the fine tradition for years to come
