The service at this restaurant was terrible, resulting in a loss of sale and business. On Sunday, May 29th at 4:30 pm, I tried to order two smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels. When it was my turn, I told the cashier my order, but she asked me to wait while she served the customers behind me quickly. I waited patiently, but the people in line took longer than expected and I ended up waiting for a long time with my hungry bagels. The cashier showed no appreciation for my patience. Eventually, I asked another worker if they could make my bagels, but they said only the cashier could make them. Horrible customer service. We wanted to order but the rude woman behind the counter showed us some unreasonable attitude which ruined our day. This sort of behaviour is NOT acceptable. If you want to keep your customers happy you sure need to reconsider your staff. If they are having a bad day, they should NOT be working here. Today you lost 10 customers due to this RUDE behaviour. Manager of this location seems not to care about these reviews as I noticed other bad reviews with the same experience. We will NEVER return to this location and you should do the same, if you are looking for some respect and good customer service.

I went the wrong way since the line up wasn't clear and the lady behind the counter gave extremely unclear instructions as to where I should stand. Then behind my back and to my friends she said some people just don't give a .. after rudely interrupting my order. Ruined a great day. Avoid this place as much as possible. Absolutely horrible service.

Terrible customer service. After spending over $70 they told me they would charge me to simply cut a bagel in half. I think it’s understandable that a customer would question this yet I was answered with unnecessary attitude from the cashier who seems like she’s too busy to even be polite to her customers. the best breakfast in the city! fresh bagels. so many taste bagels blueberry, pumpernickel, sesame, twister etc. with different cream cheese aromen oliven, chives, dill. the green and strawberry salad is delicious. the eggs are perfectly cooked.

Amazing bagels and sandwiches! The smoked salmon bagel has my heart. They also take all precautions and follow all health protocols. A great spot to get a quick fix or sit down for a nice breakfast or lunch!
