Whataburger - Reservar una mesa

must have the highest rate of declined orders. it was forever to get the slop that they threw in my bag after they had given away my original order, so they said. then the manager argued when we complained about the burger and old cold pommes. he has no idea what the customer service is about and apparently can not even a whataburger on the basis of the bad customer service of his team badly managed bad eating bad customer service.

I came in a afternoon and the manager was in register. She looked at me and said I was just too busy. then she finished everything she did and moved back. the young lady in the next register had to take my order. I love whataburger, but this is badly managed.

Took FOREVER while we were the ONLY car in drive thru! !! Asked for plain and dry, they put everything on it. When we went back for a replacement burger, they swiped everything off the patty like we wouldn't notice or taste the scraped off mustard!!!!
