Great milkshakes. We just stopped by for a cool drink. We were doing a little driving and needed a pit stop. This location turned out to be just the thing. Other than the tension in the air from the obvious presence of Athens Georgia citizens in Tuscaloosa Alabama, it was a great experience. The aforementioned beverages were strawberry and banana pudding shakes. Those two items were excellent and hit the spot. The notable things about this location were easy access from the interstate, more than adequate parking, and extraordinarily clean inside! The associate behind the counter was also polite and attentive. We are hoping to get one of these in our town soon, but this experience confirmed for me the high quality reputation is well reserved!
I went to this location at the time when they had a young man very soft spoken standing outside taking orders. This young man was one of the most friendliest young person and very respectful. I did get his name but by the time I got home I forgot it. The food was fresh, hot and oh so good. My review is mainly about the young man because of him and his great service I will definitely go back and if I see him, I'm giving him a tip.... CHICK-FIL-A you better watch out.
This Whataburger is top-notch. Food is always delicious and the service is always impeccable. The wait can occasionally get a bit lengthy, but that's not even a complaint, just an observation. The service and quality of the food more than makes up for that. I should clarify that I almost always use the drive thru.
Food was excellent, service was friendly and quick. One of the best Whataburger locations I’ve ever visited (and I have visited very many). Kerry was a gentleman with an excellent attitude; he had a smile greeting us as soon as we walked in. I will absolutely be going back the next time I’m in the area!
