Iv come to understand that going to whataburger in Vicksburg at all, is like pulling teeth. They should have paid me for waiting in the line for over 30 minutes for a plain vanilla shake . Only one car ahead of me parked waiting . Why does it take that long? Please give me any reason that makes sense! I don’t get why I watched every last employee in that building walk past the drive through window and stare at me and not ask me about my order for anything. It’s sad what Vicksburg has become . (Trash)
First time trying whataburger. Whatadisappointment. The burger was dry. Tasted bad. The French fried was terrible with a slight expiration like taste. The potato already went bad and they still use it. The lemonade was just water with a little lemon. I should've just ordered water with lemon with it. My wife had same and they all tasted bad too. Very disappointed. First and last time going to whatadisappointment burger restaurant.

I attempted to get food at Whataburger at 11:45 PM, and it was quite the experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed and confused. There was a middle manager trying to direct the team, but it was clear they didn't have a firm grip on the situation, moving people around from one station to another in the middle of their tasks. The service was incredibly slow.

Not only does the service suck but the employees are rude. First they tell me they ran out of fries Which I didn't make a big deal about it but then...
RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER. Love the food but I won't be back. My advice would be to wipe the slate clean and start over with a whole new staff. Terrible.
Ordered at 10:48 got a burger, chicken strips and a chicken sandwich... 15mins waiting by the drive threw window we ask the manager (who was nice)...
25 minute wait for food, full trashcans, expired apple slices, and rude employees. Don't stop here.
