Overall experience is a 3, for me this place is not up to the hype. The spicy chicken was not sharp at all, the burger was fine, but could have been better. They were kind of busy, which is understandable. The milkshake was not good at all, I had to throw him out, maybe because they were busy. But the cashier was respectful and cool. Food: 2/5
No matter what I do, put an online order, plan it for pickup. Come in in time, or wait up to at least 5/10 minutes after my pick-up time, I ALWAYS end here until 15-20 minutes. Even if the store is completely empty, it's not an excuse. This is the only Whataburger I've got this problem with. It's not worth coming back.
Terrible service. Order online and try picking up on the drive thru and is said that I have to go to get my order?! Why should I have to do this, especially if there is no one in the drive thru. Btw, I'm going to at least 6 different shops, that's the only one who does.
Food was good, but everything on the order was mixed up. Got bacon on things I ordered with sausage, and sausage when I ordered bacon. Not a big deal, but was feeding a crew and didn't see the mistake until food was being opened on the job site.Food: 4/5 Reserva una mesa ahora
Not only do they make you wait for the order by asking you to park, but when they take it to you is wrong. When you are lucky to get the order at the drive- thru window, they get it wrong. ??
Evertime I get gravy from here it's just white water. Need to learn how to make gravy the right way and just not throw mix in water and think it's gravy. Has happened multiple times
Who was the 12 midnight shift was absolutely amazing. Service could not have been better I think I actually love the entire layer, bravo brilliant and amazing!!
