Whataburger - Reservar una mesa

I used to like coming to this location. But unfortunately this location has messed up a few times. The management doesn?t take your time into consideration. Today I placed an online order and had to wait 30+ mins. I decided to get off to see whathappened. They had not made my order yet, they forgot about it. I got my order. The order is wrong?go to any other location,don?t waste your time with this poor service.

Placed an online order last night and waited forever. On top of that they didn?t put corn chips on my chili burger (literally comes with the burger) gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet, added bacon to my fiancés patty melt and it was not on the burger.Never had online issues with the app but this is my first time coming to this locating and it was bad.

Curbside takes a little longer than most places but when it’s Michael I feel we get our food so much faster and his customer service and his thoroughness to makes sure orders are correct and ask if everything is right is awesome. He doesn’t just hand the food and walk away. Amazing customer service because of him we need more Michael’s!

The employee cleaning near the drive thru, Charles I think was his name, was so kind and had such a positive attitude. We spoke while I waited to order he completely made my day with his kind words! You can’t find employees like that at just any fast food joint.
