Waited 25 minutes after ordering my food and watched people who ordered after me to get their food. Went to the counter to check and it was not ready yet, so I asked my money back the female manager came over never made eye contact only took my entrance and said "it will be back in your account in a day or two" and went away no excuse nothing. Worst customer service and the slowest place in Texas! You can order from a restaurant and get your food faster then this “fast food” SpotAbsolute hot garbage.
Today was a strange day for our area. We had snow and ice on the street and honestly I didn't think any place would be open, but you can count open on Whataburger. I was greeted by a friendly cashier who took my order. All employees were nice and good spirits, although they had to fight the bad weather conditions to work on this day. I ordered a Whataburger with fries and drinking. It was ready in no time and everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend that.
Two cars before me when I moved in at 5.35. 35 minutes later I got my food and was hardly warm. Girl on the ride thru Taking orders was completely incompetent. She had fingernails so long that she could not use the tablet or credit card scanner. I had to give her my very simple order, #8 with onion rings and an average diet dr. Pepper Mayo and cheese only, 4 times before she got it right. Service and food were absolutely terrible.
Quick and special order. Clean business, bright lights and friendly staff. When you arrive from DFW airport, skip the north and south end attached to the shell gas stations. These two overload and do not treat you very well. Take the extra time and go to Glade and pay the right price and get the service you deserve. Parking: Handicap at the doors and many regular parking spaces. Accessibility: wheelchair ramp and tables.
