Whataburger - Reserva de mesa

I was served a rather unappealing spicy chicken sandwich that seemed like it had been sitting out for quite some time. When I went to the back to address my concerns, Camden was disrespectfully mocking me to the manager. I told him I didn't want to engage with him any further and asked to speak to a manager. Sadly, the manager's response was just a nonchalant, "Okay." I believe I'll take my business elsewhere, perhaps to Wendy's or Chick-fil-A instead. Goodbye!

The customer service was outstanding, featuring friendly and cheerful staff. Both the restaurant and the restrooms were clean, which made for a wonderful dining experience! I visited the location on Keller Parkway, even though I'm not very familiar with the area. The manager, Paco, was especially warm and approachable!

Every time I walk in here it takes 5 min before anyone greets me.. they all look at me and just talk with the other employees… takes forever to get food and it seems like nobody knows how to work the register because one guy has the code and has to show everyone how to do

A regular stop for us after church. Always ready to serve and we have specific orders for what we can eat and they're always happy to oblige.
