I ordered a chicken sandwich, but it wasn't prepared as I had requested. I called the restaurant and went back to get a replacement. Unfortunately, the new sandwich looked just as unappealing as the first one. I had asked for extra mayo, but it was completely soaked in it—almost as if half the bottle had been poured on! When the manager inquired if everything was okay, I mentioned that it looked awful, and she simply replied, "Well, you asked for extra mayo." I certainly won't be coming back to this place!
As someone from California, I’ve always wanted to try Whataburger, and today was finally my chance. The food was pretty good, and the customer service was also impressive. I would definitely come back again while passing through. The menu offers a nice variety, making it easy to find something satisfying.

Breakfast shouldn't take 20 minutes to prepare at the drive-thru when there are only four cars ahead of me. Having worked at Whataburger, I know all the breakfast items are kept in warming trays. Please improve your efficiency.

I had my first experience at Whataburger, where I ordered the avocado bacon cheeseburger served on toast instead of the usual bun. It was absolutely delicious! The staff at this location were fantastic—friendly and polite.
Amazing burger! The spicy fry sauce with hot sauce is absolutely delicious. We also tried the limited-time banana pudding shake, and if you're a fan of banana pudding, you have to give it a shot. It's fantastic.
I would like to thank the manager at the Ardmore Whataburger. When we accidentally spilled our fries, he kindly replaced them for us. The staff here is extremely friendly!
