Avoid eating at this Whataburger location. I placed my order at 6:27 pm but didn’t receive my food until 7:19 pm. When I asked the cashier twice what was causing the delay, she simply said they were working on it. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. There seems to be no adult supervision. It’s a shame because Whataburger is one of my favorites, especially for its menu. Very disappointing experience—I wish I didn’t have to give this location just one star.
I love Whataburger, so I decided to stop by on my way to Houston. I got in the drive-thru at 6:30, and it’s now 7:10, and I’m still waiting for my order. They’ve only served eight cars in 40 minutes—I counted because I was bored. This is the slowest fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. Really disappointing.
Oh no... If you really have to go, I suppose you can. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness. It was pretty noisy, the floors were dirty and greasy, and the tables hadn’t been properly cleaned. The food was okay, but it didn’t make up for the overall untidiness.
The food is always made fresh to order. Occasionally, they forget to include a side of mayo, but in general, they usually get it right. The banana malts are amazing—I can’t wait for them to make a comeback on the menu! Reserva una mesa ahora
