"Horribler customer service. I was several times, and they are extremely rude when I go. I think team and managers need a better training then what they have received. If you go to another Whataburger in the area, the service is timely and the experience is very pleasant."

They don’t listen whatsoever )Over night shift). I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger without the the bacon. They ended up giving me one with bacon, and onions not on it. It’s not a hard order, need to stop being lazy. I also took a bite out of the burger after taking the bacon off and the meat was so dang dry and I can’t just leave work to go get a new burger. Definitely not going to this establishment ever again.

When they arrived there, administrators and a lady got words in the kitchen where customers could hear. The cute working table was very helpful. When we got in, we seemed nervous. Order Chili cheese burger but order was not what we ordered. No chili or friitos didn't say anything about the time they had to leave. My burger didn't melt cold cheese. Would not recommend going to the Par at 18:30.
Good service and good burger; good menu variety including a chicken sandwich; also can get onion rings in place of fries- the onion rings are quite good. Also they have an assortment of dipping sauces. Got a good fried apple pie for dessert. Side note:the bathroom needed a little TLC.
