Whataburger - Reservar una mesa

There 2/11/23 gradually on the Rodeo Arena. This was at 10:03 in the evening. Some kids worked if you want to call it that. They were more interested in finding out that they are waiting for order. After about 10-15 minutes someone finally waits in the register and took our order. Well, the girl got our order wrong and then other employees had come to correct it. After about 45 minutes our food waits and we were short one of the meals. It took 10 minutes to finally get someone from behind the counter to recognize us. We brought the problem to them and said they had to do our order. When everyone was eaten in our group (about 20-30 minutes) and the other order had not yet come out, we simply...

As a rule, Whataburger is my go to place for a burger. Very disappointed in this location and will not be back. I don't think it's managed well. The car in front of us in the drive through had to wait a long time for someone to take it's order. We also had to wait a long time! We got our order and drove off only to find it was incorrect, plus we did not receive a receipt, nor was the person at the window who took our order and gave us our food very friendly.

Had the Bacon blue cheese burger( love blue cheese) it was made with blue cheese dressing. Gross!! Very disappointed. To add to the insult I ordered a 3 piece tender and hot a box with the dipping sauce, no tenders. Too tired to go back and will not return to that location anytime soon. I new I was in trouble when two people came to the window to repeat my order. Horrible visit ?

Very very busy, but quick taken the fact that they get a lot of customers. Employees have always been on point with little to no inconveniences. Just as a Whataburger should be!

Been eating here for as long as I can remember great place to eat great service will continue going
