Whataburger In Irv

My order was wrong I was charged for cheese but not a big deal just told them to not cook My burger with cheese. The drinks were absolutely disgusting. We asked to if they could fix the fountain drinks but they refused. Flies were everywhere tables were dirty. Worst experience ever. And to top it off the meat was not thoroughly cooked. 0 out of 10.

Freshly cooked taquitos and staff was very nice. Gave 3 for atmosphere due to the outside looking like it needed some work, but staff was outside washing dwn the drive thru and the parking lot doing their best.

Ordered online waited over 30 minutes never got food had to customer service line it's now 48 hours have yet to hear from conpany rep. Still haven't received refund.

Extremely slow on the speaker to where there was a line built up and 5 minute intervals in between us trying to order things with no response from the speaker
