Yesterday, I had to change my son's birthday party plans due to bad weather and thunder, which caused the pool to be closed. I called What's the Scoop and they not only accommodated us by allowing us to move the entire party from the pool to the back room, but they also went above and beyond to make it a special experience. They saved the day for us. I have always enjoyed What's the Scoop, but now they hold a special place in my heart. They are truly one of the reasons why this city is so great. Plus, their ice cream is delicious! #whatsthescoop
We celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday party at this restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and our daughter helped run the games and make goodie bags. The pizza and ice cream were delicious, and the staff, especially the women who ran the party, were very kind. Faith had the most amazing birthday party ever!
This restaurant is completely dysfunctional! Avoid calling in an order because you will still end up waiting in line outside the store. The staff seems angry and is often yelling. The restaurant is overcrowded and has a negative atmosphere.
Hey WTS... just wanted you to know that the ice cream cake we got from you for my son's graduation was a HUGE hit! Everyone was raving about the cake and the yummy filling!!!

The restaurant offers an incredible selection with over 100 flavors available. Their brick oven pizza is a must-try, as well as their amazing soups during the winter months.
Place is cute, kids who work there are sweethearts... Always a cute place to grab some ice cream real quick... And that's the real scoop...hehe
