I was a bit disappointed that a place with an organic focus and with lots of kitchen space didn't offer fresh juices (suggestion box?), so I stuck with water, although the lady mentioned that they do offer smoothies. I like the music, the friendly staff, the way you can see right through to the street out the back, and most of all the lemon tart with candied lemon.
Having a balance disability, I did not like the look of the stools at the big tables, and I really did not enjoy falling down the stairs on the way out (although I know the landlord has no obligation to put a railing on just 2 steps).
One of the best cafe i've been in canberra, friendly and instant service and food was great. Boutique groceries was unique and interesting. A great place to catch up with friends and family . As loacates in office area quick closing time was, in my point of view was a drawback but still giving a five star rating based on the quality and services offered.

Went to Wheat and Oats on Saturday and had an absolutely delicious meal. It was hard to choose as the menu looked so scrumptious and will definitely be back. Lovely and spacious with a very rustic look about, the service was prompt and with a smile :
I loved the coffee! This is an awesome place to have a coffee with friends. The cakes looked awesome as well, but I resisted. Perhaps next time?
We received excellent service, and enjoyed the delicious brownies and coffee. We particularly likwd the interior design of the cafe!
Under new management with a new menu. Nice place to brunch with great value deals and friendly staff. My new local favourite

Great coffee and the Korean Brekky burger was delicious. Chilled live music with our Saturday brunch was icing on the cake!
Had a really nice coffee here today. Didn't know this place existed. Will be back.
