The best Chinese chilli dumping in the USA I've ever had! The case is so soft and smooth. We read the reviews of Yelp before we go there and order the #6 menu immediately. It's really worth trying these dumplings... so good. We often passed this place, but we had never tried until we were looking for a new place. It is a small Chinese restaurant Its location is not easy to notice, but not too hard to find. We researched and saw the photo of this restaurant. Flushing Food Tour Must... White Bear makes fantastic dumplings in a small small shop that is more like a dumpling stable. Hole in Wall City.... You can observe how your dumps/won tons are made. Dough, skin, fillings... I love the spicy won tons, the pickles and chili oil are unique. This should be a must on the Prince St. Flushing Cheap Eats Tour. What I think would also be Nan Xiang, Happy Beef Noodle House, Sunway and Sifu Chio with a quick detour to Xi'an Famous Foods.

The friendly charm about the food in Flushing is that it is cheap and good. It may not be healthy, but damn good. Since there are so many restaurants in Flushing, there must be something special in a place that survives with nothing aesthetically special. It is time to put on the adventure coon hat and see how this white bear animal lives!
