I ate here for lunch. There was only two other tables when we arrived. Both had single guests. Server was friendly and courteous and explained the menu well. Food was outstanding. I had bison steak sandwich which is like a French dip with hand cut chips and pickle. All was very good. I split a side of fried Brussels sprouts with a parm like cheese on top. The side did not come out until we were also finished with our meal. Also Brussels sprouts were burnt. The servers shirt which appears restaurant issued had stains on it. Food was good, service was lacking. Drinks took too long to order, too long to get, once we finished first drink, it sat empty for a long time until we went and ordered another. Wait service apologized for wait for service and food delivery. Minor but wait staff should note which customer gets which meal. When noted which customer's birthday we (two people) are celebrating, the desert with happy birthday on it should go to the correct person. we don't mind spending a considerable amount of money when we dine out but we expect experienced, good service at this level of a restaurant. The atmosphere was very European in nature. The wait staff was attentive not only to our table but those around us. They truly were going out of their way to make the dining experience pleasurable for all guests from using detail descriptors for the food selections, adjusting wabbly tables to making sure wine was meeting guest expectations. The freshness of the ingredients in conjunction with the combinations and level of flavor in every bite made for an artful presentation as well as palatable culinary journey. It wasn't just having a dinner it was enjoying the bounty of nature. Overall, White Birch is a pleasant addition to the area. A big thank you and I'll be back!
This was our third time here. The first two were extraordinary but that was during harvest season. This time was in the dead of winter. I don’t know if this was the reason that the taste of all dishes were flat. The menu was a better read than the actual finished product. We will give this restaurant another try but this time was a disappointment. Even the drinks were flavorless.

What a nice first experience at White Birch!! Erin, our server, was so friendly and informative. She made our dinner lovely! The presentation of food was on point...I would recommend asking for a little extra sauce being that there was very little on the plate. We will definitely go back!
First time at White Birch but definitely will not be the last. Great to find a well connected locally sourced upscale restaurant to add to the list. Also had a good pairing of wine with the duck I had. Will be back soon.
Very flavorful food, nice decor, comfortable seating and our server Erin was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the menu and she can make a proper cappuccino. We will be back.
