Waited for 30 minutes just to place the order on the drive thru, another 45 minutes to receive the order. I Simply ordered the impossible slider, and requested no cheese no pickles on them, and requested the fries to be freshly cooked. What I got was burned fries, the impossible sliders were cooked with cheese and probably when they realized the mistake they removed the cheese while they were cooking, so they contaminated the impossible sliders with cheese and they gave it to me. But guess what, I have a habit of checking my food and take the food apart too, so I looked inside each slider and saw what was done, Pulled over the nearest trash I saw and throw it away. I mistakenly stopped here this morning having forgotten the last recent stop at this location... This one though, will lose my business from any location for good.... After waiting 10 minutes (while they're serving cars BEHIND me out the other window), having been told that I'd have to wait longer because they dropped chicken rings rather than the onion rings I'd ordered, and when it finally came out the window, this is what it looked like! All in saying is, people we better prepare for the economic collapse that's upon us because with so many of these garbage people working everywhere these days, everyone has to be losing money and it's all gotta come to an end soon enough!
A few months ago, I would not have rated White Castle well at all. However, my experience has changed for the better during my last five visits. In the past, service was slow and it would take a long time just to place an order. But now, the staff is much friendlier, and the wait time for my order has significantly decreased. I can get in and out the door much faster. Thank you for the great service! Keep up the good work!
one of the worst places. do not acknowledge them when they go in. I'll wait at least 20-30 the last two times. 2 people were not recognized and then when they were told that the dining room was closed and straight out of the ruin. will not ever deliver for them or order here again. can't pay me enough to go here. id give negative stars if possible.

Long line in the drive through so we went in, all I was getting was 20 sliders fries and onion rings, took 30 minutes, I don’t blame them, I think the manager went on lunch, but orders could be ran a little better, overall the food was great and the manager handle the situation professionally.
from 11:55 clock to 12:30 clock in car thru. 1 sandwich was wrong, had no bbq or bacon on it. fries were cold in the middle. I miss buttercake. others that eating was okay. not waiting or worth money. I'll be back someday, but not soon.
it's a white lock. Sometimes it's exactly what you want. some paints the employees burn their burgers and serve them because this place fights to get smart workers
Got cheated was charged 10.40 for 10 pack of cheeseburgers when it's advertised 8.99tried to get the guys attention but wasn't paying any attention!
