I was disappointed. Came in and ordered a crave case of 30 cheeseburgers. Young lady (very nice and courteous said that will be $36. I thought that was kind of high but figured maybe their prices went up. After I paid I looked at the board and it said $33.99 for the crave case cheeseburgers. I mentioned it to what appeared to be the manager. I did say don't worry about it, it's only a couple of bucks and the young lady who waited on me was very nice. What did bother me was immediately to my left was a sign that said 10 cheeseburgers $8.99. I really enjoy this White Castle. They always accommodate my preference for no onions, extra cheese, and extra pickles! The customer service is outstanding; the young lady who assisted us during our visit was wonderful. We spent $51.00 for dinner, and it was worth every penny!
The management and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. They are helpful not only with each other but also in guiding you through your options and suggesting things you might not have considered. It's a wonderful experience!
I live in Chicago, but I've moved to California now. The fresh burgers here taste so much better than the frozen ones. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was quick and satisfactory.

We visited at 1:00 PM, and the staff member was incredibly friendly. The service was efficiently quiet, and the food was absolutely delicious.
I absolutely love the castle burgers with extra pickles, and the sweet tea is delicious! The staff is wonderful too!
It was okay, but the fat could have been changed because the food tasted greasy and I got a stomachache afterwards.
