This location never puts the bacon on the chicken and waffles. Despite the fact that on both the outside drive-through menu and the inside menu, it says chicken and waffles with bacon. They refuse to put the bacon on. I’ve ordered here four different times never one time have they put the bacon on freaking ridiculous Give us our damn bacon. I mean if you order a burger from there you don’t have to specify that you want the pickles or the onions on it. They just come on it. Just like the bacon is just supposed to come on the damn chicken and waffle sandwich.
There were 3 employees working on a holiday that was completely booked with reservations. It took them over an hour to bring our drinks to us and even longer to get our food. We were told that we would receive a good discount for our extremely long wait. We got $6 off our bill when it should have been free at that point. We had fun when we did this Valentine's experience at a different location in 2019 but because of this awful experience we will probably never do it again.
Albert and Aisha I think that's her name she was made Manager today and she did a fabulous job. This is the 1st white castle I've been too, thats been clean, professional and they go beyond the jobs to make sure the customer is happy. I will drive across town to coke to this white castle on Manchester and Big Bend. Thank you to Albertt and the manager you made my whole day and my experience with white castle enjoyable again
I just love my Valentine Dinner at your place. I think the workers get as much as a kit out of as we do. It is just always a fun time. Kathleen does a great job of running everything. The food at the Maplewood, Mo place is always very good thru out the year every time we go, but always taste even better on Valentine's Day. I would like to thank all the servers and cook at the Maplewood store for doing such a great job.

It's white castle, but one of the best. Check out their app for coupons; always have bogo deals. We get 10 sliders for $5 all the time.The employees work hard but get little respect as it takes time to prepare your order of 20 sliders, so chill. Enjoy the lack of atmosphere while you wait.The desserts are often overlooked. Great deals for under $2.

Of all the White Castles in the 5 mile radius. This particular location is the best. It is the cleanest, most friendly service and fresh buns for the burgers. The burgers were put together neatly also.
The manager gave me an extra drink made them medium instead of smalls because we had to wait as they'd just gotten an influx of orders- cannot complain!

Not for everyone, but for those who crave them, nothing else will do but White Castle. Manchester location lacks atmosphere, but service is good.
