I wanted to share my experience from last night. I accidentally left my wallet on the counter around 10 PM after spending $17 on food. The lady manager provided exceptional service and even saved my wallet and cash for me to pick up 45 minutes later. She is truly an amazing person and deserves a raise! She is a short Black American woman with a ponytail and a bubbly attitude. Thank you for having such wonderful staff!

The wait was incredibly long. I ordered a 10-piece chicken rings for $2.99 and 4 sliders, but I ended up being charged the wrong price. Instead of the sliders, they gave me 2 sliders and 10 mozzarella sticks. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues here, and it will definitely be the last.

After a long day, just before midnight, we were feeling hungry and White Castle was one of the few fast-food places still open. A super friendly woman at the drive-thru took our order, and her positive energy really lifted our spirits late at night. Thank you!

I ordered two number 1 meals with no extras and dry. They all had blemishes on them—every single one. If I had eaten them, I would have had a severe allergic reaction. The staff was rude and didn’t pay attention to my order. I will never go back. Reserva una mesa ahora

None of the food was served hot, but the server was very nice. It was quite busy, so I believe the poor quality and the lack of properly heated dishes contributed to the experience.
