White Castle - Reservar una mesa

There is nothing better than having a White Castle. This experience was, eh. The fries tasted like grease, but we're hot. The burgers seemed a little more mushier than usual, but we're hot. The drive thru has changed. Similar to chick-fil-a. The drive-thru window is a moving window/door/wall. The gentleman came outside to us for payment. We were asked to pull forward, so we did. We ordered our food at 8:17 and got it at 8:25. We ordered 2 cheese fries and 4 dbl cheeseburgers. One of the cheese fries had a piece of bacon on it. I mean, we like bacon. But we didn't order any on the fries. Bonus, I guess.

The food is ok if they fix it right but the service is poor. Need more help and better trained. We used to go to their stores and find 8 people in line but it moved fast and the ladies didn't move in slow mo like they do now. And they need to put more onions and water on the grill so we get a nice moist number like always before. I would rather pay .05 or .10 cents more then give up speed and being served right. And closing at 11pm??? Why because it's easier then to do it right. Sad isn't it?

It’s on Washington St. what more can I say, I’ll tell you placed a order and according to the mobile app it was supposed to be done by 4:47 pm it’s now 5:03 as I type this. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait. I could have just came in and ordered it. Good help is hard to find.

This place was 5 star 2 years ago now my chicken rings taste like dirty oil and burgers cooked burnt hard and crispy 13 dollars and some change straight in the trash

Good staff, but the food quality is not great, and the store needs major remodelling and professional deep cleaning
