I typically come here when I have a craving for White Castle and have always had a good experience in the past. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The manager on duty that evening was very rude to the employee at the drive-thru window, interrupting our order and implying that we had ordered too much, even though we communicated clearly and respectfully. I understand that working in fast food can be tough, as I've been in the industry myself. Following her rude behavior, she rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. We ordered our food using the White Castle app, expecting it to be ready for pick up. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, the door was closed and we were directed to go through the drive-thru instead. This was frustrating as the whole point of using the app is for quick pick up. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food, which we had ordered an hour earlier. If you're craving White Castle, I would recommend going the extra miles to a different location as this one is not up to par. I ordered a crave box, sack of fries and onion chips. There's a box with additional instructions on it. In that box I clearly stated EXTRA ONIONS. Food and delivery ended up being $44 and I didn't get what I paid for. How easy is it to fill my order properly? I will NEVER frequent the Zane location. The burgers were dry, tasteless and just plain awful. If it wasn't for my 3 Grand Bay Bays and how much I paid, I would have thrown them in the trash! Their burgers taste NOTHING like they should and evidently whomever made them just didn't give a damn.
Visited at 2:00 a.m. It took forever to move for the line, they seem to work two or three people there, so I don't understand what it took so long, my coupon expired before I could get into the window to show the person who took the orders in the food, only seemed to subparate this time. If you know that and the white castle like I love, ignore it. This is part of the standard Wihite Castle experience, except for the part of the subpar foods. This is a fuke.

I visited at 2:00 PM and had to wait a long time in line. It seemed like there were only two or three people working, so I’m not sure why it took so long. By the time I reached the counter to place my order, my good ticket had expired. Unfortunately, the food also didn't meet the usual standards. I love White Castle, and this is usually part of the experience, but this time the food was disappointing. What a shame!
To make matters worse, when we reached the drive-thru window, the young lady had a bit of an attitude, and we still had to wait for our fries to be cooked. As I write this review, I'm still waiting. What was supposed to be a quick stop of 5-10 minutes turned into a 45-minute ordeal. We should have just gone to TGI Fridays instead.
I placed an online order, and the total came to $5.43, including tax. However, when I arrived at the store, I was charged $7.40. I'm disappointed with the lack of honesty regarding their pricing.
My mozzarella sticks were undercooked, and my chicken and cheese sandwiches were hastily assembled. They also didn’t provide the ranch dressing I requested. I likely won’t be returning.

If you're seeking good service, I recommend looking elsewhere. They may claim they haven't received your orders, even if the blame is misplaced.
The burgers were terrible! It took 30 minutes for just two cars to get through the drive-thru.
