This restaurant is advertised as being open 24 hours, but that's not the case. For the past two days, the lights have been off at 5 AM. Today, when the lights finally came on, I went to the speaker and was told the system was just starting up and I would have to wait 10 minutes. Fine, I waited. After 10 minutes, I placed my order but received something I didn't request. I ordered 10 White Castle sliders but ended up with 10 cheese sliders, and I don't eat cheeseburgers. I won't be returning to this location again. Please consider hiring staff who are motivated to do a good job; this place is going downhill fast, and you’ve been around for many years.
I visited this White Castle after another location refused to serve us, and my experience was disappointing from the start. I received a rude greeting at the drive-thru, didn't get a receipt, and my order was messed up. Some of the burgers were missing top buns or cheese, and some were cold and stale. They just tossed cheddar on a few of them without care. It wasn’t worth my time to go back, especially since I was already late for work. To make matters worse, I even found a piece of plastic while biting into a burger! I would never treat my customers this way. This place is an absolute disaster!
I ordered five 1921 burgers but didn’t receive them when I got home. I called the restaurant, and they confirmed that the burgers were indeed missing and that I could come back to pick them up. My husband went to get them, but when he returned, we found that they had given us five regular cheeseburgers instead. So, we’re still short five dollars for the burgers. I had also tipped the person who took my order and the one at the drive-thru window five dollars each so we could enjoy our meal. I won’t be visiting any White Castle again anytime soon.
The restaurant was wonderfully decorated for Valentine's Day, and the servers were both polite and elegantly attired. They brought the bouquet I had requested to our table, although I had to give them a gentle reminder. However, we observed that there were very few dishes being served to other tables, and some customers were even leaving. After waiting almost an hour for our food, we decided to leave out of frustration.

For over ten years, we've celebrated Valentine's Day here, but this time we encountered the worst waiting staff we've ever experienced. They weren't dressed appropriately and lacked politeness. While they weren't overtly rude, the overall atmosphere just wasn't the same as in previous years.
The service was quite disappointing. The food wasn't good at all; they overcooked the clam strips, and we had to wait for them to prepare a new batch. In the meantime, we should have received our other dishes, but they were cold by the time they arrived.
We visited the restaurant for our annual Valentine's Day celebration, and it was, without a doubt, the worst experience we've ever had. It was so disappointing that we've decided not to come back next year.
I took my grandson and they loved it. the service was a little slow, but it was expected. that is usually an almost food restaurant. the employees are not used to be server. we had a great time.
