we went there for the first time and we waited for a long time to get someone to get our order. we saw people coming after us and they got the food first. my hubby went to the cash register to get the order and then gave us.

Not sure I'd return here for Valentine's day. They were not prepared to seat and serve guests. However, amidst the chaos they got our order correct. The kids had a great time and we got some quality family time.
It was an enjoyable experiance dining at White Castle for Valentines Day. The other diners were all obviously having fun and were very friendly as well as the staff being quite accommodating and pleasant.

the Valentine's Day experience at this place was terrible. completely unorganized and a terrible long wait even to be recognized. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Am a big White Castle food fan. Made reservations here for Valentine's Day event. It was fun, and food was great but service was very slow.
