Not recommended on Holiday. Waited to be seated 45 min. after arrival of 6:05 pm for 6:15 seating. They were totally unorganized after they stated they do this every year. Had 1 person seated in large booth, waiting for family/friends. They arrived 1 hr later. They sat us down, drink order taken, they came back after 20 min. to take food order. We received food at 7:50 pm. No condiments, food was cold, hash potato nibblers were rancid, cooked in old oil, could not eat. Before we were finished eating, they asked us to give up the table, they had others to seat. We told them we were still eating, and they did not do so much for us as were waiting all that time. I have two tables reserved, and when we were there, we were told we had to eat in our car. not the Valentine's Day we expected. I understand there are kovid restrictions, but indoor eating is allowed, but was not even an option and we were very disappointed. I didn't expect my car to smell food on Sunday. not satisfied with the experience or the servers that came out with their masks, not properly worn, not to cover their noses and interact with several people in cars without washing or sanitating their hands and then touching our eating and money.
Valentine's Day 2019 was nothing to compared to 2017. Valentine's Day this year was too crowded too long of a wait for your reservation too long of a wait for your food not enough room for the amount of people that had reservations people with taking too long and talking up the tables people who are rude staff was okay but they were not coordinated for the amount of people that came into that size restaurant since you changed it and renovated it's too small. No perks no dessert no extras no nothing
The staff was very attentive, and the food was fantastic, giving us enough energy for some romantic activities later. Overall, we had an amazing time. After our meal, we received a lovely rose, a unique color-changing toilet mug (it changes colors with hot liquids!), some Hershey's Hugs, and a voucher for free burgers. Those little extras were a wonderful touch. I highly recommend this experience if you haven’t tried it!

I had such a great time on Valentine's Day! The restaurant had a special menu, red plates, fun photo opportunities, delicious desserts, and even a rose. It was a date that truly stands out from all the rest. If you bring a sense of humor, you’re sure to enjoy it even more!
We visited the restaurant on Valentine's Day, and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was exceptional, with polite and highly organized staff. The entire event was well planned and executed perfectly. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to everyone!
We had 7:00 reservations, weren’t seated until 7:40 and the food took 40 minutes to be served. We have been last 8 years without an issue, but this time wait was too too long. The service was ok but waitresses kept apologizing for the delay.
Feb 14 valentine day it was awsome I waited years to get a reservation and final did it was worth the wait I love White Castle thank you
