It was Valentine's day during our visit. It didn't seem well put together as the last year that we've been there. The place wasn't as decorated as last year. None of the candles on the tables were lit. We had to seat ourselves and also find someone to help us while left unattended. The waiter forgor one of our order. Last year they handed out mints in a heart shape dispenser, this year we got nothing. Not sure if they forgot to hand them out or they're just cutting cost. I think we're going to have to try a different location next year. I've heard great things about the coon rapids location, they even serve ice cream.
We went for Valentines Day out of curiosity. My husband is a fan, my daughter and I, not so much. I think it’s something you grew up with, I’m originally not from here. Mike really enjoyed it. I must say the servers were awesome!! Polite, engaging, and overall great kids. They made the experience!!!
Our 3rd Valentine event at the Maple Grove location. This time, a very disappointing experience. Horrible service and one of the items we wanted on the menu was not available and we were there at the earliest reservation. This White Castle has gone down hill.
We didn't get seated. After we decided to seat ourselves we were told to move to a different table. Other than that it's white castle, I wish the place were more decorative. Food came out quickly which is a plus.

Valentines Day at White Castle is a unique romantic opportunity. My wife and I both adored the cheeky Decour, atmosphere, and ambience. A wonderful low-key evening!
I personally do not like the food at White Castle, but I took my husband as a surprise for Valentine's Day and he was very excited. It was nicely done. Thank you
