I give him a 5 stars, because I love white castle and I am never disappointed by these places to eat. the service however, while the staff is polite, it takes too long to get “fast” food.

it took 35 minutes to get food from the car ride thru. eating was extremely bland and not very hot. our first time try it because we live almost 2 hours north, and will be the last.
