Lately every time I visit this restaurant, the service only gets worse and worse. My last experience was unacceptable. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour for my food, but the cashier girl was very disrespectful. I placed an order, and waited a long time only to receive cold burgers and dirty (yes dirty) fries. I addressed the fries issue and the female employee explained that it's because of the oil and made it seem like I didn't have a choice in the matter but to accept it. I asked how long will it take to make new fries and was told it will take 10 minutes. Disappointed at the service at this Spingfield Blvd White Castle.They were rambling over my order without gloves taking sandwiches out the bag and swapping them as if they were the wrong sandwiches. They were not organized.They need to be trained on how to prepare the order like McDonald's they have a system..first get the drinks etc..if they have to tell the order out like they do in a kitchen do so. No one seemed to be in charge as far a getting the orders out in a timely fashion. They didnt know how to read my order from from the app. They gave me a sandwich I didn't order and didn't give me the condiments I ordered as my food looked very sloppy..just very disappointed as I love White Cas...

It took 35 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead for 4 chicken sandwiches and a sack of fries. When I questioned at the window and all I said was 35 minutes?really? She closed the door and walked away. I was?handled? by another associate with how much I owed. When I questioned why she dismissed me he said ? she doesn?t want to argue with you?. I responded ? The food arrived hot and quickly. I ordered my usual: burgers, fries, and onion rings, and I enjoyed them. However, I was disappointed that they don't offer the full menu through Doordash. Everything arrived on time, delivered by a pleasant Dasher. The breakfast sliders were delicious as always, but the standout dish for me was the shrimp nibblers. They were perfectly cooked and juicy. Well done, WC.

This is a crazy good place to have a Valentine's Day date. The staff was friendly and super into it, and it will tell you if your date has a sense of humor. Highly recommended to make a funny and special memory.
