We were there for the Valentines experience. We have been going every year since they started this. We love going. However, this time It didn’t help to have a reservation. We had a party of 6 and there was only one table of six set up and they put 4 people there. So our party had to split up. Then we had to wait for a long time for someone to come over and take our order. Someone from our party fixed our drinks. It was very unorganized. No one knew how to do this. I would choose a different store next time. But the food was hot and good as usual.
We went for Valentine's day as we have done for years. This year it seemed different because the food wasn't served in the love box (or whatever it was called) and it really just felt like any other day at WC. Not sure we'll do that again. Food was good and the service was alright. They got our check wrong and the server wanted to argue about it. They did fix it so that was good.
It was a very nice experience! This is the fourth year. We have done white castles, but the first time at Shepherdsville, because we just moved to Kentucky. It was very organized, and decorated very cute. I love the love potion drink. Nice touch to be given candy bag to go. Also love selfie backdrop, cool idea. Of course, the burgers were the best as always! Thank you!
Really a cute event. 2nd x for us this location since moved from Chicago. Our waiter was so efficient, smiley and friendly, sweet personality (don't know name, thin with dark curly hair). Register 1. Love the selfie background and candy bags. Event was run smoothly with cute decor and nice crowd. Look forward to next year! Thank you.
