The service at the restaurant seemed to be affected by a lack of staff, which caused delays. I waited around 16 minutes for the ride with two vehicles ahead of me. However, the staff during the ride were very friendly. I can't fault their attitude given the circumstances. I believe the current economic challenges can largely be attributed to policies that encourage people to stay home, which ultimately has consequences.
I can only say that this place truly masters the art of making an authentic White Castle. The woman who was organizing everything was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she really knows how to deliver The Legend...White Castle. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!
Has got to be longest I have ever spent in a drive through today. 45 minutes waiting in line with only 5 vehicles in front of me. It has been a year since I’ve eaten here, will be a year or two before I attempt it again.
We were disappointed with our experience as half of our order was missing. We didn’t receive any chicken rings, the fries were cold, and not all of our burgers were included. This has left us quite upset. Reserva una mesa ahora
The time that it took for them to fix orders were ridiculous. 15 minutes and more per automobile is unacceptable. One person could have gotten the orders out quicker!!!!
I didn't receive all of my order and had to drive back to let them know. Then, I had to wait another 10 minutes. It must be the cause of the issue.
I really appreciate that there's a location here in Somerset. Everything about dining or ordering takeout from this fantastic place is great!
