Great experience and Valentine’s Day date experience. Our server was kind of bad, but she does not do this ever. She brought over our food and we had to figure out what was what, and for who. There was 4 of us and she just put the food at the end of the table. Service was slow too, we had to go get our own napkins, and drink refills were slow. Other than that, food was good and it was fun!
What can I say. Anyone who has had a White Castle slider would have to agree. They can't be matched or equaled! Whenever I can get them, I buy a crave case, which comes with twenty of their little burgers. When kept in the little box they come in and microwaved, they taste as good as they did fresh! At least for a couple of days, kept in a plastic bag in the fridge...
Best experience with White Castle, ordered the food online, got there, paid and got my bag of food cooked perfectly. The manager at the store was hustling and overseeing what looked like 2 beginner staff but still saw that the food and orders were perfect!
I live 3 hours away and was in town for a sports event and in my family it is always a treat for White Castle so I bought a box of 20 and took them back home to share with the rest of the group everybody was pretty happy hahaha Reserva una mesa ahora
Literally the best white castle food i've ever had! Everything was fresh! my burgers were so soft, fries were fresh and crunchy and the mozz sticks perfecto! Not a long wait in drive through and the cashier was very kind!
Of all the White Castles, I've gone to the one in Troy, Mi on John R and Big Beaver has the nicest staff and is very courteous every time I order. So glad I moved over here!
First time at this location and it was really good. Customer service was good the food was fresh and hot. Definitely going back soon.
