we called here as a large family without reservation. the personal could not be more helpful and immediately put us on a table and order our drinks. our party varied in the age of months to years. we offered a high chair and on request we received a somewhat higher chair for my older mother. the menu was amazing for pub food and it was difficult to choose from the mouthwater options! children are well maintained and can also choose a smaller part of each adult meal. when eating arrived, it tasted every bit as wonderful as described and was hot and beautifully presented. the owners, chloe and ian were very hospitable and told us about their refurbishment plans in juni to include a large child...

Had an impromptu visit for lunch yesterday having not been before was a nice surprise. Lovely well kept outside seating away from the main road. Meals were tasty and very quick to arrive. Widr selection available and not expensive. Lovely dining area inside too. Staff...very helpful and friendly. Certain worth another visit.

last week they have taken care of a funeral, and they were brilliant! pieces to make rules, but managed to get a good dispatch for my father and very well appreciated, friendly, beautiful service, a joy to be there, also to such a difficult time. all guests were delighted by buffet, personal and service.

amazing meal times since the takeover..homemade chicken chew sooo beautiful the fact that my hy man says was beautiful must be true.highly recommended and the fact that the pub actually busy for drinker and diners must cross a good thing finger it continues

decent scrub, friendly helpful staff, a really clean and tidy place, very cheap prices, what could you ask more?
